By using wivli, you agree to these terms. The current invoice generator is available without an account or subscription. Use it lawfully and only with information, logos and other content you are entitled to use.
Your documents and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, invoice numbers, amounts, tax rates, payment details and downloaded documents. Check that each invoice meets the requirements that apply to your business before sending it.
No tax, legal or accounting advice
The templates, guides and calculations are general tools, not professional advice. wivli does not verify tax registration, determine your tax obligations or guarantee acceptance of an invoice by a client or authority.
Local storage and availability
Your data is stored in your browser, without cloud synchronization or server backups. Keep your own backups. Browser changes, cleared storage or device loss can make records unavailable. The service may be updated or interrupted, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful documents or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to compromise the service or interfere with its operation.
Limitations and your rights
The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect entries, reliance on unverified documents or loss of local browser data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
