Is wivli really free?
Yes. Create, customize, save locally, print, and download invoices without an account or subscription.
Where is my invoice data stored?
In this browser on this device. No invoice data is uploaded. Private browsing or clearing browser data can remove drafts and saved invoices. Keep downloaded copies of important documents.
Can I create invoices in Arabic?
Yes. Choose Arabic as the invoice language for translated labels and a right-to-left layout. The interface language and invoice language can be different.
What is the difference between an invoice and a receipt?
An invoice requests payment for goods or services. A receipt records a payment already made. A quote describes proposed work and pricing before it is agreed or delivered.
How are taxes and discounts calculated?
Item discounts apply first, then the global discount is distributed across items. Tax is calculated on the discounted amounts, using the currency’s decimal precision. Shipping and fees are untaxed; use a line item for taxable charges.
Can I select text in the downloaded PDF?
Direct downloads use high-resolution images to preserve the preview, Arabic text, and layout. For selectable text, use Print and choose Save as PDF in your browser. Turn off browser headers and footers for a clean result.
